AND they are declaring bankruptcy for a variety of reasons ranging from the benign to the very serious. The point to take away with you is, if you are wondering or thinking that declaring bankruptcy isn't something "someone like you" does, you are wrong! With hundreds of millions of people in the United States, I can almost guarantee you that someone in a similar situation with a similar background is currently declaring bankruptcy even as you are reading this.
